Background

In 2015, HMRC launched a transformation programme that represented the biggest modernisation of the UK tax system in a generation. By bringing its employees together in large, modern offices, the programme was designed to make it easier for them to collaborate and work flexibly.

Solution

Building on our excellent relationship and close alignment of interests with the Government Property Agency, we’re now the largest investor in HMRC’s Hub programme.

Benefits

Over the past three years, we have funded 10 out of its total 12 regional hubs, with almost all of these now having reached practical completion.
